On 1 September 2025, Inga Dransfeld-Haase assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer and Labour Director at Tüv Nord AG. Dransfeld-Haase is a lawyer with extensive experience in senior HR roles. She joined BP Europe SE in 2020, serving since 2023 as Chief Labour Officer, overseeing more than 9,000 employees across seven European countries.
She previously held management positions at Nordzucker AG in Braunschweig. With her appointment, Tüv Nord AG’s Board of Management comprises Dr. Dirk Stenkamp (Chairman/CEO), Jürgen Himmelsbach (Finance/CFO), Ringo Schmelzer (Chief Operating Officer/COO) and Inga Dransfeld-Haase (Human Resources/CHRO).
