OX2 has acquired a 60% share in the 60 MW Duvhällen wind project in Eskilstuna, Sweden, from Cloudberry Clean Energy, a Nordic renewable energy company. The fully permitted project is located in price zone SE3.
Once operational, which is expected in 2028, the wind farm is projected to generate around 150 gigawatt hours of electricity annually. OX2 and Cloudberry plan to explore options for expanding the site into a hybrid energy system by adding solar power and battery storage.
