The scope covers foundation removal, recovery of inter-array subsea cables, dismantling of the offshore substation and full recycling of components. The tender is open to contractors with experience in offshore decommissioning. Details are available through the competition notice published on TED (https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/763286-2025). The procedure is a negotiated process with prior publication. The estimated contract value is EUR 50 million. Expressions of interest must be submitted by 16 December 2025 at 10:30 (UTC).
